In the two years I had been at Iron Sport I also had the oppertunity learn some other lifts from Steve. He gave me plenty of direction on lifting stones which I use to substitute leg days when you just need a change. Also with doing the log lift, my technique on getting the log off the floor to my chest was poor and I was using a lot of unnecessary energy but that is still a work in progress. A lot of people taught me many things about the Ringwood Gym and I appreciate all their time. But when it comes to Steve you can expect three things brutal honesty, total commitment, and results.”
